The Good:

 The Bad:

  • Amazon is being criticized for gaslighting its workers and Twitter in what is known as #peegate, after their response to Representative Pocan’s tweet regarding the company's working conditions.

  • Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is facing backlash on social media from consumers after the release of its Dolly Parton ice cream collab crashed its website. The brand downplayed the situation and continued to promote the collaboration on social media instead of apologizing and addressing peoples’ concerns.
